GoogleWe recently used Dan and Julie to sell our period house in the town centre of Wokingham. Firstly we appreciated the honest assessment of value backed up by data and historical information of the area. Both being lifelong 'Wokinghamers' they really know the area and how to position your property in the market.
Second of all was the incredible photography and brochure that Wixenford produced for us. Compared to the images on some estate agent sites these really were incredible and showed the property in its best light.
We received feedback after each viewing which was also really helpful. After we had sold which was relatively quickly - Dan and Julie were proactive in working very closely with the agent through whom we were buying. It was a competitive process, however the fact that the team at Wixenford know all the local agents really helped us find and secure our dream property - helping reassure the sellers agent of our standing as buyers and keeping communications open throughout the rest of the process.
Dan and Julie made what can be a very stressful process much easier and as a result we have found our forever home. Would not hesitate to recommend or to use again.

The communication and feedback from the entire Wixenford team (call out to Liz) was second to none, no radio silence at all and I always felt confident they were focussed on finding a buyer. We were blown away with the marketing - it really was exceptional.

Once an offer was accepted, we were regularly kept up to date throughout the process. Having used a number of estate agents in the past, I can genuinely say that the service is personal, and they are focussed on reaching exchange/completion within everyone’s timeframe. The service doesn’t end once completion has occurred either - we were left with a lovely hamper in our new home, Julie met us at the property to hand over the keys, and they have been very helpful and punctual with some communications since completion.
