GoogleThe decision to appoint an estate agent is rarely straightforward, but Sears made the decision much easier than we had anticipated. They outmatched their competitors without even breaking a sweat. Sears' professionalism, friendliness and dedication has been evident from the very beginning. Massive shout-out to Lydia, who has been a fantastic representative for the company since her valuation visit, all the way through marketing our property to personally arranging and attending viewings. Her work ethic is highly impressive, and she always conducts herself in a personable yet professional manner. She makes it seem effortless and she is an asset to any Estate Agency, but Sears should be thrilled to have someone of Lydia's talents onboard. And we could not forget Lydia's counterpart - Ryan - who also exemplifies efficiency and a strong desire to engage with his clients. Ryan demonstrated his eagerness to connect with our property early on, and used his experience and knowledge to maximise the potential for the sale of our property. Needless to say, with this dynamic duo at the helm, Sears successfully secured a sale for us within 2 weeks of the property going to market. Incredibly efficient, dedicated and personalised service - this is exactly what we wanted and they made it come true. Would highly recommend you give Sears a try!

GoogleSears really do go the extra mile to help people with their house sales and purchases. 2 years ago Oliver helped me sell my home for a good price with help at every stage. Currently I am going through the process of buying a house, with Tim and Lydia supporting and advising at every stage. They have taken the stress out of the situation and continue to be available at short notice with updates as soon as they are available. They both have a really strong knowledge about everything I have asked or needed and I would highly recommend Sears to anybody looking to sell or buy through as a result of their professional, yet friendly approach.

James was really knowledgeable about the local area and answered all our questions honestly. Gabriella Jones was brilliant throughout the process, letting us know about progress and next steps as well as relentlessly chasing solicitors (without which they tend to do nothing). GoogleThe communication from Sears property has been amazing and I could not fault them. Especially Gabriella Jones, no matter what was happening she had always kept me in the loop. After the first sale falling through they were all back to putting the property back up in less than a day and selling the property again within a week! I'm so thankful and just wish I had gone with Sears sooner.

GoogleAs a renter it is somewhat difficult to access great services when moving. Our property was being sold by our landlord and we were a bit concerned about what was happening as it was with a different agency. Tim Hall from Sears regularly checked in with us and offered advice and helped bridge a gap in communication with our landlord. I can't thank Tim enough for the support he has given us in the last few weeks. Friendly, professional and a great guy! GoogleI have been so impressed with the truly outstanding service I have received from the team in the Wokingham branch of Sears. I am really blown away by how fantastically proactive and supportive they have been. We only had our house on the market a week and this is the first time we are selling so we were somewhat nervous about the process but I have 100% confidence in the very experienced team who clearly are passionate about getting the best for us. Oliver Hewitt has been amazing he has been very communicative and given us really good feed back in viewings ; James Underwood has been great. He is really friendly, and approachable and he did a tremendous job on our behalf. Callum Nagle was also excellent when supporting us with the viewings. GoogleWhat a breath of fresh air! Estate agents who put service before profit and truly promote their stated policies of transparency and managing their clients’ expectations. Oliver Hewitt, manager of the Wokingham Branch of Sears visited the property I was assisting my elderly friend to put on the market the day of my phone call; took time to go through the procedure and the paperwork and returned to take photographs the next morning. The property was on the market the same afternoon, a potential buyer introduced the following day and a sale ( and purchase) subject to contract sewn up within the week. I dealt with 2 other colleagues who were equally professional ( James and Tim) and Hannah is now progressing the transactions. Great Team work, great communication throughout and a very happy customer. I have lived in Wokingham for over 40 years and will definitely be recommending Sears to family and friends. They give Estate Agents a good name.

GoogleWe used Sears after Oliver Hewitt came round to value the house. They are new in the Wokingham area having established themselves in the surrounding towns. Oliver took the time to have a long chat with my wife and I about the state of the market and his views as to why our property stood out from the crowd. Oliver made a lot of sense and we decided we would run with Sears. Viewings came thick and fast and the service as professional. The Sears agents were polite and courteous and always gave us quick feedback on the potential buyers. The house was sold within two weeks by James Underwood, who found the buyer, and for the full asking price! We then had brilliant subsequent day to day support from Hannah Wood who kept us up to date and informed of progress, as well as dealing with Bellway on some of the finer details. GoogleIn order to select an estate agent to sell my house I decided to view a number of houses with each of the established agents in town. The key for me was understanding how I was treated as a customer and how good the sales process was. As you’d imagine it was a mixed bag. The key stand out was Oliver Hewitt at Sears. He sought to understand me as a buyer and talked about the matching process. Once he had established that I had a property to sell he was relentless in his efforts to secure my business. I have worked in sales for many years and always appreciate a good sales process plus the effort required to keep going. I was initially sceptical about Sears as they were new in town but Oliver was unrelenting and offered me a fantastic deal. He set a high sales price, which I guess is the norm, but this time he over achieved, a good thing to be proved wrong on! The rest of the sales process, managed by Hannah Wood, was smooth and without any major hiccups. All of the team have been genuine, responsive and decent to deal with. From the get go, Tim made me feel very comfortable and assured that I had come to the right place, and that they would do all they could to help me sell my property. I was extremely happy with how professional the photos looked, and how well advertised my property was. James dealt with my viewings, and kept me up to date after each one so I was in the loop, which I really appreciated. I was concerned how long other properties in my block had been on the market for, so was over the moon and relieved that within 2 weeks of my property being listed I had accepted an offer.
