GoogleWe approached Martin at Sears Property about a year ago as we were considering a move. We received good advice and Sears remained in touch from time to time. When we found the property we were looking for, WOW, with Oliver Hewitt managing our sale and purchase and Daniel Riches arranging viewings, we received incredible service. Oliver even had local knowledge of the area we were buying in. In less than 24 hrs, viewings were stopped as our sale was agreed, allowing us to offer on our purchase. I can honestly say that in our 15 house moves, we have never received such proactivity, care and diligence. Well done Oliver and Daniel, your recommendation by us is well deserved.
