GoogleWe had Leona at the start of our moving journey and she was very friendly and helped out with a lot of queries. Then we found out that our case was being transferred over to another member of staff. After this, we thought the worst due to our experience with the solicitors because the same thing happened and we had negative a negative result/experience. However, we were passed to Gabriella who was now handling our case. We ended having a sustained service of high quality. Gabriella answered calls and emails very quickly and went above and beyond and made sure that we were at ease and she got the job done. This made us feel safe at mind knowing everything was being done accordingly. 10/10 for both Leona and Gabriella, but 100/10 for Gabriella for taking on our case without any issues!.

Oliver did a great job in particular with keeping us informed with how the market was changing and how he was positioning our property as a result. Gabriella did a fantastic job in getting the sale itself over the line, checking up on things and ensuring all parties progressed their part in the final stages. The whole team in the Wokingham branch all played a part and did an excellent job!

GoogleI have been searching for a property in the Wokingham area. Sears Estate agency arranged viewings to several properties. Our point of contact was Paul Draper, who was constantly on the look out for properties which fitted our criteria. He is friendly and works hard for both the people selling and in our case the buyers. Checks in with us regularly to see if he can assist any more and have a chat as to where we are with our situation. We would fully recommend as a person to trust if buying or selling in Wokingham.

Gabriella who supported us from an after sales perspective was extremely responsive, and very quick to solve potential problems that could crop up. Paul, who conducted the viewing of the property we hope to call home very soon, never once made us feel pressured and left us to take our time, but was there if we needed him. Highly recommend using Sears.

GoogleWe have just recently sold successfully with Sears and it has been a really team effort. Oliver convinced us to sign up with them and we weren't disappointed. Oliver and Tim managed to get a great price for our House, whilst Gabriell keep us updated in the later stages and helped push the sale over the line. We have used previous estate agents in the past to buy and sell but this is by far the best agent in Wokingham. Highly recommended.

He has great knowledge and gave us complete confidence with our decision. The process was smooth and was seen through by Gabriella who did a very thorough job in liaising with vendors and solicitors and kept on top of everything, right through to handing over the keys at completion.
