During a very rocky period, made tougher by the October budget, we were lucky to have Virginia's skill and dedication. She was dogged in her pursuit to exchange of contracts. The chain became convoluted, but she was on top of matters every step of the way. Great to have Virginia's proactive approach. Thanks for getting us over the line.

Beth and Paul from Prospect kept us informed of upcoming properties to market after a tricky time with vendors pulling out on exchange day! They helped up find a new house and once we had an offer accepted, helped negotiate access to the property to bring our builder over before we moved in which was helpful
