TrustpilotHighly recommended. A great agency.
We have been with Prospect as tenants for the last 5 years. The service has always been amazing. Chloe who has been our point of contact is always on hand to help. Responses are super fast and super helpful. They are always understanding. The online portal where we can report any issues with the property is wonderful too and helps us track the status of anything we have reported. We have a very good relationship with Prospect and are happy tenants! I would certainly recommend.

TrustpilotBeth & Michael
Beth & Michael, held our hands all through the process of selling our home of 25 years. Their excellent communication and prompt responses to our enquiries allowed us to relax knowing we were in professional and competent hands. From initial engagement and valuation to finding prospective buyers and then navigating through to exchange and completion we have been delighted with the service we have received. TrustpilotAppalling experience
Appalling experience, an absolute disgrace and non professional customer experience. I do not recommend to come near to this letting agency who made me took time off for a viewing, did not show up and made me wait in the cold hanging without a phone call. They also had the audacity to claim that somebody was at the property while I was waiting at the front door.

I had a viewing with Charlotte Morgan She explained to me about the flat before going in and once we spoke she then gave me a tour around the flat and told me everything I needed to know.
