TrustpilotVery Professional and great service
A great speedy service with Prospect. We have recently been in the process of purchasing through this agent and the buyer of our house fell through, Ryan Tucker from Prospect stepped in and sold the house swiftly to keep the chain in tact. They are very good at returning emails and calls and manage all parties well. Thoroughly recommend this agent.

Having been let down very badly on several occasions by another letting agent i turned to Prospect to manage my property. My property manager is Beckie Baxter and i cannot fault how she looks after my property, she is calm in a crisis, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Prospect and Beckie in particular.

GoogleProspect Wokingham facilitated and managed a move from viewing to move-in in 4 days. Handled smoothly and professionally by Lloyd. They employ the use of Tili which is a home move tool to set up everything from essential bills and services to broadband and TV. Such an easy-to-use and well thought out tool. No complaints whatsoever.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotPeople make the difference
People make the difference. Been Manager for a team of hundred people is easy to recognise the value of Sasha Byrne. She knew how to handle the situation and position himself right in the center. It is not easy when there are different conflicting interests. Sasha will be in my management team!

The ultimate level of kindness and understanding from Paul with my initial enquiry. Beth handled the rest with the utmost professionalism and calm. Moving house is a stressful process but I’m so glad to have had this team behind me. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

TrustpilotWe would highly recommend Prospect…
We would highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents in Sandhurst. From the start we were treated as valued clients. We were regularly consulted and swiftly informed of viewings and outcomes. Potential buyers who were in a position to proceed were sent to view. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency and personal approach of the branch manager, David Ward.

TrustpilotDefinitely the best!!!
We’ve had Lily Sines as our property manager for a good while and in all honesty, we couldn’t be happier. She is always super helpful, always provides feedback and always looking out for ways to help us. Definitely the best property manager that we ever worked with.

GoogleWe were looking for a rental property to move closer to work. Tristan helped us with our search, was highly accommodating (we visited the property 3 times) and professional. Furthermore once we made our minds for the property, he was there to guide us and assist through the whole procedure. Prospect's fees are higher than expected (in comparison with London) but other than that, highly recommended.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
