I had an excellent experience with Chancellor's Wokingham especially with Amelia. She had been extremely accommodative to honor my viewing . On one instance the viewing was scheduled at 5:45 PM , I was delayed by 30 minutes and arrived the property at 6:15 PM and Amelia was still at the property beyond her working hours and all with a beautiful smile . The very next day , she scheduled an immediate viewing for an unscheduled property as soon as she came to know I have travelled far to see the property. Thanks Amelia , you have elevated the property letting experience to a different level and you are truly a rock star!! Regards, KS

Several weeks ago I completed an online request for rentals on Chancellors website. Later that day I received a call Sally Armstrong-Davies for additional information. She was an excellent listener and offered great suggestions. The following week she set up a showing for a flat in my area. I was so impressed with her level of professionalism and attention to details because the flat checked off all of my boxes except for a garden which is something I knew prior to the viewing. I had another viewing and couple of follow-up calls with Sally; all of which were very professional and she is extremely responsive (via email and phone). Chancellors manages my rented house. Whenever there are repairs to be done, I call up Franki (at their Oxfordshire Property Management operation), and she is always friendly, polite, and competent. If more management agents were like her, I think more people would want to rent!

I could not recommend a letting agency less

I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.

Abbie, the estate agent that showed me around the property was very helpful and knew everything that I would need to know when I viewed that it was I felt very confident placing the offer the next working day. They were very easy to deal with, happy to help and answer any questions that I may have, regardless of how many and how often I asked. They made the whole process a lot less stressful. The property managment team is awful!! But the letting team is friendly and helpful. The managment team didn't action on tenants request to extend her tenancy, I then found out tenants were still staying inside the property after contract end date. I had to chase up for rent collection . Commuincation is poor, not even respond to my email regards to rent payment amount and arrangment . They did not meet the service standard for the last 2 years , only performe check when I asked, and made it more complicated as they kept changing account managers and always falling behind on responsibilities.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could.
