GoogleVery happy with the service from Tim in the lettings department. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and the process of letting out our home flowed smoothly. No pressure selling of bolt on products plus very helpful lettings team all round. I would highly recommend. GoogleWe recently rented a property through Chancellors and our contract was handled by Matthew Collins. There was some urgency in completing the letting and Matthew handled the negotiations with the landlord in a very professional manner. GoogleGreat experience with Chancellors yesterday when viewing a property to rent. We were shown around by Amelia Boyce who was very friendly and approachable. She had a good knowledge of the place and was able to answer all of our questions clearly. The viewing was on time and was a nice experience.

GoogleChancellors Wokingham were excellent. Really professional and knowledgeable service from everyone we dealt with. Laura, who became my daily contact was superb, always happy, and able to answer every question asked. The central sales team was less convincing... But that doesn't stop me from wholeheartedly recommending the Wokingham branch of Chancellors.

They were willing to facilitate a fairly late evening viewing with no complaints which was most appreciated. We worked specifically with Sally Armstrong for the viewing who was friendly and very knowledgeable and with Matthew Collins who was very informative in guiding us through every step as well as being very reachable and prompt in his responsiveness.
