Words do not do Julie and Robbie justice. After being on the market for months we had lost all hope. We had viewed a few properties with Julie and we found her to be the upmost professional. I called Julie and explained our situation and she had replied "don't worry we will get you sold" which is exactly what they did! within the first two weeks we had four offers on the table! That says it all really but unfortunately we had to decline those offers . We were and still are amazed by their approach, guidance, patience, communication,friendliness and honesty throughout the whole journey. They treated our property as if it was their own and went above and beyond to ensure viewings did not disrupt our baby's routine. We were taken aback by Robbie and Julie's ability to tactfully negotiate with buyers on our behalf, they were fundamental in making both the sale and purchase happen keeping all sides on board through some extremely testing circumstances. Every aspect of the service was provided in a clear unambiguous manner, telephone messages were returned promptly, viewings and negotiations with potential purchasers were conducted transparently such that we always felt in control. We wish we had approached Julie and Robbie sooner and are forever grateful for all of their support, hard work and efforts in getting us sold through to completion.
