I have been a client of Waterfalls for almost 14 years. During this time I have worked with their sales, lettings and property maintenance teams and continue to do so on an ongoing basis. The service provided has been exceptional. The purchasing process was very straightforward, even when the vendors relocated overseas, Waterfalls made sure the vendors and I had regular updates and that transactions were completed on time. The lettings team provide me with reliable market assessments, accurate rental valuations and tenant options. The property maintenance team deliver a reliable and consistent service. They make the effort to discuss options with me and then do what we agree without any fuss. I have never needed to chase them. I sold my house through Waterfalls in September of this year and cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. From start to finish the process was seamless. They understood my requirements perfectly, kept me informed at all stages of the process and at all times remained consummately professional and a joy to deal with. I had the pleasure of liaising with several members of their staff but would like to personally recommend Matthew Parr who was absolutely brilliant; knowledgable, amiable and proactive. I truly believe Waterfalls are much more than your average, run of the mill high street estate agent and would use them again in a heartbeat.

This review is for Nisha Mazhar specifically! We’ve been at our rented flat for almost 3 years and have raise numerous complaints to the previous property managers with very little action every being taken. One ongoing issue was of a silverfish infestation that was present before we moved onto the property. Nisha has gone above and beyond since taking over the property manager duties and organised the issue to be handled as soon as we raised it to her, even going so far as to mention some home remedy options that we could implement whilst we waited for the pest control appointment. We’ve dealt with around 5 property managers in our time here, but Nisha has been the only employee that has taken the time and initiative to respond to our concerns with understanding and efficiency. She is an absolute asset to this company and has single-handedly restored our faith in Waterfalls as a company, which was lost due to the previous property managers’ poor handling of communication and complaints. A huge thank you to Nisha for her dedication and hard work!

My experience with Waterfalls in Woking is extremely flawless. Even though I recently moved to the UK thus no idea about the rules and process for renting staff, Sue from Waterfalls in Woking took care of me and family great and really appreciated for her professionalism, patience and endless support. She helped us in every steps of the Rental process by explaining each steps very carefully. Also, she answered my all questions as well as she was reachable and responsive even her time-off. Nisha from Woking Office helped us a lot regarding the documentation and relations with the landlord. Even all people in the office were very friendly and helpful when I stopped by.
