GoogleWe tried to book a viewing, it was confirmed over the phone but couldn't go to the viewing as we didn't receive an email confirmation with the property address. We have received it two days after the agreed viewing time, which was obviously too late. They don't reply to any e-mails, and don't seem to know what they're doing. Wouldn't recommend to deal with them to anyone.

GoogleIn my search for properties in Woking, Seymours have been by far the best estate agent I have worked with. In particular, Lorenzo has spent a lot of time understanding my requirements and is always punctual, knowledgeable and honest. Would recommend engaging Seymours if you're house hunting and require a higher level of service.

I have looked into your case and can see that the communication was only via email which, with the delays in communication, meant that the live diary that we use was fully booked by the time a day and time had been agreed. The development that you were interested in has proved very popular and we have sold over 50%.
