GoogleLet our house through Seymours. Professional operation. Jamie Wright heads up the lettings team and Anna Patrick is our client care manager. Both easy to deal with, responsive and courteous. House let quickly for desired rent with minimal fuss - no complaints!

GoogleWould highly recommend Seymours, they are best in the business. I had tight timelines for quick move-in and with help of my contact Luke it worked out really well. Luke is a thorough professional and helped immensely to meet our timeline. Excellent service guys, cannot recommend enough!

She literally helped me (and she is still doing no) to step in into the new apartment in Woking and withouth her great flexibility and customer orientation I would have not been able to go through the whole in a smooth way . GoogleI have been using Seymours premium letting service for over 18 months now and during this time have been working with Anna, the customer service manager, directly. My calls are put through straight away and if not available Anna calls me back quickly. The problems (they are all to do with minor maintenance issues as they found me a truly excellent tenant ) are resolved smoothly and without fuss. It costs more the premium service but I have found it to be worthwhile. If you do consider letting it is good to have a professional managing the situation so I would recommend working direct with Anna as she is value for money and provides a very customer focussed service.

GoogleExcellent service from Annalise Beer from Seymours Letting Negotiator team! We called her at 9am and asked to view the property at 10:30am, she didn't hesitate to jump onto a call with the current tenant and arrange the viewing for us which lead to us taking the property. Currently it is very hard to secure a rental so because of her we were able to move quickly. Thank you very much for all your help very happy to be doing business with Seymours Estate Agents specifically in the Woking area

GoogleThis is the second time I have sold via Seymours after letting my properties with them for 10 years. I have always received the highest level of service, competency and professionalism. As such, I would not hesitate to recommend them for a sale or let. I was particularly impressed by Amy, one of the Client Relationship Managers who never failed to respond promptly to my many emails! To say she is responsive, reassuring and professional is an understatement. I honestly felt very well looked by her and the wider team. Thanks so much!
