Hi John, thanks for the review. whenever things get fraught it tends to be at the latter stages of the sale as there's often lots of individuals involved, not just the sellers and the buyers, but the solicitors and then the lenders as well. At this point, communication is king as it brings everyone together and keeps a focus on the common goal - to get people moved on their journey. I have been in contact with Seymours lettings team and they haven’t contacted me once about properties, only to look on Rightmove and they post daily with matches of what I’m looking for. Disappointing.
