Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. No doubt he will always assist any new vendors who want to put their property for sale. I would not have been were I am without his help. He will be appreciated always and I thank him for his service and this includes Courtney Kennedy in the after sales office, who has been a tremendous help too. I thank the entire Chancellors office for their help and support. With kindest and respected regards.

We can’t thank Kirsty and Jordan enough for everything they did in helping us sell our house and buy our new one. Honestly, at this point we’re surprised they didn’t start charging us rent for how often we popped into the office… I’m sure they saw us walking up the street and thought, “Ah yes, our part-time colleagues have arrived.”

A mixed time with renting through chancellors with false information being provided at the start of my tennacy and late notices of rent increases but since Jamie woodman took over our account she was nothing but fantastic right up until the end of our tennacy which ended on a positive note and should be comended for the work they put in to make everything right!

After reporting about a door lock that had broken, Molly Adams contacted me to say what they were doing about it, keeping me involved until it was repaired, snapped again after a day, reported, she followed up, repaired and it snapped the 3rd time, l reported again and she kept me update all the time on what was going, chasing the contractor to have it done as quickly as possible. I appreciate all her efforts even when l delayed to get back to her or failed to answer her calls because I was at work.

Chancellors are hands down the best estate agents I've ever been a tenant with. They are incredibly responsive and any issues are always resolved quickly. Our property manager, Molly Adams, always goes the extra mile, ensuring we are aware of what is happening at each step in a process and following up to make sure that everything went smoothly and was completed as expected.

TrustpilotI could not recommend a letting agency less
I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
