The team are always on-the-ball arranging safety checks and periodic visits, inform me if problems arise and take control in an emergency to limit possible damage, if I can’t be contacted. Be careful when engaging WA14 office. Seriously let down by the dog eat dog way of operating so went with competitors who are strait talkers and provide fair advice.

If it were possible to rate the Teddington office with a minus 1, then this is what we would give. What started with an excellent user experience and pleasant staff, ended up with us being double crossed after paying a deposit and us losing the property that we were promised.Would not place any trust in this organisation. Pleasant staff but c**p and old fashioned management.
