GoogleI used Michael Graham to purchase my new home in Milton Keynes and I can only recommend the agency to anybody looking to sell or buy in the area. MG approach was personal but very professional. Communication was always perfectly timed and helped me manage the process a great deal.

Michael Graham couldnt even be bothered to come to the phone when we rang them with a new listing, when we asked to speak to an agent, we were told 'give us your address, we ll send you some terms and conditions over' by a person answering the phone. They must have so much business they dont need any more

GoogleTENNENTS BEWARE!!!!!! I’ve rented for over 10 years, these are by far the worst agent I’ve dealt with. Very unprofessional withholding clients deposits without informing them of why. Forcing my family to leave during covid 19, moving new tenants in Without correct property checks and procedures being followed. Stay well clear as a letting agents they bend the rules to suit them. Greedy selfish business who hides all the bad reviews from the site of the public.

GoogleTake a step back into feudal England with these two-faced robber-barons. Sure, they'll butter you up for a sales commission, but they'll treat you like a peasant if you're renting! Sins include: attempting to prevent a tenant from changing energy supplier (illegal when the tenant pays the bills), blackmailing for reference fees without prior agreement, quoting the landlord then admitting landlord was never contacted, accusing tenants of "hiding something" when they exercise their right to withhold personal information, grubbing after "increased" rent - later found to be in error (no apology), ignoring complaints, and being curt, entitled, even nigh-unintelligible in correspondence. Perpetrators: senior employees including manager/s and director/s. Stay classy, Michael Graham!

GoogleWhat is my House worth ? I recently had a requirement to know the value of my house as I was thinking of possibly selling and moving. There are so many Estate Agents around that I was unsure who to contact. I had noticed that around my village and surrounding areas there were many houses for sale with "Michael Graham" for sale signs, and I also noticed that they all seemed to sell fairly quickly, so I decided to contact my local Michael Graham office in Newport Pagnell. A Mr. Simon Gates came out to see me. He was very courteous and helpful, and he made a thorough inspection of my house, garage and garden. He pointed out several features that my property had as an advantage for prospective buyers and when he told me what I could expect it to be sold for I was pleasantly surprised when he quoted such a good price for it. At the moment, my circumstances have changed, and I will need to remain in my present house for a little longer, but when I am ready to sell I shall have no hesitation in contacting Michael Graham again as I have every confidence they will do a good job for me.

Their service was impeccable throughout, with great attention to detail, always kept the process moving and ensured that we were up to date with progress. I have heard Mike Graham on many occasions complaining about Government spending on benefits, that in a civilised country are there to help our fellow citizens, who need help. If Mike Graham is so against a social civilised system, then he should go and live in the dog eat dog USA.
