Arrived to a property in a horrific state with mould, dirt, damp, got no help from the estate agent who implied we were the issue. Didn't remotely try to address the issues and made our life a living hell for three months. Avoid at all costs

GoogleWhat a rogue company. I have taken a screenshot and will be reporting their conduct to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Their response to the one star review shows that they are willing to share deeply personal information and disclose it in the public domain in order to defend themselves rather than liase with the proper authorities to remove the review if incorrect and they have proof. Beware! If they are willing to sink so low on a public forum and disclose so much personal information... I can't even begin to imagine how they are using it between themselves. This is breach of GDPR as well as DPA and the ICO will be made aware together with screenshot. No matter of they felt insulted a business that habdles personal information can't behave like 1st graders! So unprofessional and borderline criminal.
