Finders Keepers Witney reviews

I am renting my flat through Finders Keepers Witney for almost 7 years now and the service I am geting makes me look no further. Keep hearing from other people about how they have to live with broken appliances or without hot water or heating for weeks. You won't be getting any of that from Finders Keepers. Had boiler problems durink bank holiday weekend and after I called emergency number, my problem was sold immediately. Had other home appliances changed as well. Finders Keepers in Witney are the agency who really cares! Customer service at its best!

The service and staff were amazingly helpful. My wife and I had just moved over to the UK from Canada and were having a difficult time securing a residence. The staff at Finders Keepers were extremely helpful and patient in getting us a place to live. After our year of living in Witney, we have since moved back to Canada. We would deal with this group again in an instant. They provided us with hassle free help and a courteous attitude every time we had a question. Thank you for everything.

I dealt with staff in the Witney Office as a tenant in a property managed by Finders Keepers. They have been professional and friendly at all times, and flexible and reasonable despite the issues of lockdown.

FK offer conscientious property management, reliable, professional staff, and they are a great improvement on our previous management company experience. They have excellent contacts with companies that do redecoration and repairs, and that is also a great asset for any landlord.

We had a wonderful experience with Finder's Keepers. They came by quarterly to make sure everything was in working order and fixed for us. The move out process was also well explained and fair. I would highly recommend the company.

Damp, poorly managed property with repeatedly bodged repairs

Rising damp, a leaking asbestos roof that wasn't fixed for several years other than bodging a bead of mastic on it now again when water flowed through the ceiling and finally an attempt to wrongfully withhold our deposit to pay for various problems that were already present with the property when we moved in. Avoid this letting agent - they are truly awful.
