They strung me along, took a holding fee and then took ages to get back to me, when they finally did they made it impossible for me to rent the property. They are unprofessional and I would not recommend them at all.

Despicable!!!I had no choice but to use them for my mortgage, as this was the lenders preferred surveyor.Over 3 months I waited for and EWS1 form. Once received, it was completed incorrectly so void.If you choose to use them. You only have yourself to blame.

I accepted a CASH offer over 4 months ago from a buyer (NO CHAIN) and unbelievably still haven't exchanged The communication/ lack of service from Connells and their recommended solicitor SHOOSMITHS has been shockingly poor.I wouldn't recommend either to anyone considering using their overpriced services (if you could even call them that).

Recent valuation was an absolute joke £15k below the agreed sale. The report shows "Comparable" three properties from the magic wheel and certainly NOT comparable. Likely to collapse the entire chain and shatter our buyers dreams of a new home.!!! Thanks very Much Connells!!

I phoned twice asking to arrange a viewing and was told I would get a call back. I never did. When I phoned the 3rd time I was told the property I was interested in had been sold.Atrocious customer service, steer clear of these clowns!

Their Sales branch is good but lettings is very poor and it would be advisable to stay clear of them if you are renting as they charge sky high fees and they will not help or care when you need your deposit returned. They work for the landlord not the tenant.

Connells helped me out with everything I needed. Every time I rang Imagen got back to me that day and really helped out. Highly recommended. Couldn’t sell my house. Then Connells took over now it’s gone. Couldn’t be happier with them all

DO NOT USE. JULY 2017We paid for a Homebuyers survey it was a complete waste of money. They didn't spot any of the structural problems to the house. When we complained we were fobbed off . Wish we had just saved our money and paid for a much cheaper valuation

Falsely advertising properties by leaving out key details. Drove an hour to view property to be told the building the property was in was being knocked down in 2 years or so. Completely wasted my time by not mentioning key information in the listing or on the phone.

Incredibly poor service, shocking photos and property details. Connells ignored our requests and failed to address the errors in our listing. We complained and this was ignored, after termination of the contract for their poor service we've been harassed with daily sales calls from them! Do not use

These estate agents are a bunch of cowboys. The service I received was terrible, their marketting was low rate and when I came to complain, my letters have been ignored. Use any company to sell your house, except this one. They are dreadful and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Valued our house £20k less than everyone else!!Absolutely fuming.They used the lowest valued houses in other streets and of different types. ie terrace when ours was a semi.Even the rental value was £100 less than what the local estate agents recommend. Cowboys!

After the reference checks passed, the real estate agents became silent and not responding to any communication. Called them on the phone and were rude. They don't care for renters, not interested to provide a seamless transition to new place.Would not recommend them.

Absolutely worst customer service. Property management team makes you go around everywhere finding what you need even though your property is fully managed, everytime new person is dealing with you case. Bad reference of tenants and you end up paying money to get service from connel.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
