Charlotte Sack showed me three properties that I was interested in buying potentially. She was very polite and friendly. She was keen to find out about specific questions I had, and was very prompt and fast in replying. I appreciated her responsiveness, which is not common among estate agents... I'm very pleased with our collaboration so far! I'm pleased with Andrews estate agents as they are responsive, professional and not pushy!

Andrews took over management of our property. They promised excellent service and communication and a full management service that meant I would not have to manage the property. From day 1 of tenants moving into the property, I was given wrong or incomplete information, I had to chase Andrews to do their job and when they didn't do what they were supposed to do they lied about it to cover their backs after taking 6weeks to respond to me after tenants reported problems at the property. Further to this, when I enquired why they were holding money on my account, it took the regional manager to tell me what it was for as the staff and branch manager couldn't figure it out and when I asked why this money was held for several months unnecessarily I was simply ignored. I asked to leave and move to another company and have been waiting for several weeks for the branch manager to get back to me. Another company has taken over management but I am still awaiting responses to ongoing complaints. During all this I found out that neighbours have complained about the tenants and I was not notified and I'm disappointed as it was dealt with wrong and had I been contacted the complaint would have been resolved for a better outcome for the tenant. The entire service from Andrews has been stressful and upsetting and taken up far more of my time than necessary. Communication and basic property management has been poor and the branch manager has taken responsibility and apologised but failed to reply to get a resolution.

Duane and his team were very helpful in ensuring that the sale of my buy to let property ran as smoothly as possible.Duane in particular ensured a good sale price was negotiated with the buyer.I’m rating my experience with 4 stars due to the confusion at the end of the sale regarding the rent and the time it took to resolve. Overall the team are professional and knowledgable on both the selling and lettings side.

Thanks to the brilliant efforts of Bailey and James at Andrews Letting in Bristol, I think I have found some great tenants for my flat. This is the first time I have let out my flat and I was feeling apprehensive. I have received great support from Andrews throughout the process. When Bailey showed prospective tenants around he made sure he passed over information to them that I thought was important.

From the first Andrews we’re helpful and knowledgable about selling our house. Once an offer was accepted Kate Cullen worked so hard with difficult matters regarding the sale and also our purchase. Very helpful and prompt; answering all my many emails and ‘phone calls with a friendly air. Kate went far and above her role, and don’t think we would have been able to move without her. Andrews has a sponsor with DC law, to get them clients. We bought the flat on 29/06/2022, however the process is not completed yet. They haven't finish the land registration in HM.Andrews told us the costs would be around £2000, DC law charged us £3500, trying to duplicate 2 proceedings.Even if you buy a property from Andrews, don't use DC Law for the legal proceedings, even Andrews insists you to contract them
