With so many interactions with so many estate agencies and agents, I can honestly say that Andrews and Zy in particular can not be topped! Zy reached out with a perfect property based on my needs and wishes placed with Andrews and organised a swift viewing. Zy puts you at ease immediately and we found him super helpful and completely open and honest which is comforting when you are looking for a place to rent. We cannot thank the Andrews @ Bear flat team enough. After a *tumultuous* process of selling our property, the team were SO supportive, friendly and kind for the many months of dealing with us, through the highs and lows (and my many panics). GoogleAbsolute disgrace… Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!
