GoogleSwift service selling my home. Thankfully the market was in the sellers favour at the time. But my experience of Gary at Yaxley was great. My house was on the market within a week of initial contact. After 2 days of being on the market I had a full weekend of viewings, which resulted in many offers. Accepted an offer that was well above asking after that first weekend of viewings. Everything else moved quickly and efficiently.

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. GoogleMy partner and I have just bought our first home which the sellers had chosen to sell through Yaxley. We are so glad that they did and could not be more pleased with the service we recieved. We recieved weekly updates through the whole process and Ricky responded to any questions I had very quickly, whilst working hard to coordinate the rest of the chain. We will use them in future if we ever chose to sell.

Googleme and my partner have just moved into our first home together and neither one of us have ever rented so being as though this was a first it was the easiest process we could have gone through. the guys in the office kept us updated throughout the whole thing and ensured us the property would be clean and in good shape ready for when we moved in of which was fulfilled by the guys.

GoogleWow what can I say first class service just sold my flat and bought my dream home through yaxley homes. Nothing was to much hassle for the guys. The reports they sent over every week made the whole moving process so much easier to understand. I would defiantly use them again and could not recommend them enough. GoogleThey lie. The fat guy (I forgot his name) told me the building had a cleaner coming weekly, but it wasn't right. He gave me the contract and continuously asked me to sign it, but I had to read it first! It had 8 pages, Then he got angry and said I'm going to stop it and you will lose your £200 deposit, ec....Avoid it if you can.

GoogleI have recently completed the sale of my home. The company were very professional from start to finish and always on hand to answer any queries that I had. They are a small company but you get more one to one care through all the processes. I would highly recommended this company and would use again if needed.

GoogleHad a really great experience with Yaxley. Gary and Ricky have a really personal approach which I loved. They kept me in the loop at all times and did a lot of chasing up etc on my behalf. They even managed to keep everything running smoothly during a global pandemic! :) I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property!

I expected the whole experience to be stressful but the help they provided was great. Also before going to Yaxley I dealt with a few other estate agents on the hightstreet and the service did not compare. I highly recommend Yaxley Homes!

GoogleVery rude and unprofessional agents! They don’t communicate with each other so no one know what the other done or promised. Lazy to work and expect you to do their job. From the time Grace left they are useless. I don’t recommend them! Live here 10 months but no repair on garden door even promised when I moved in!

GoogleMe and my wife were very pleased with yaxley homes as they were amazing with helping me sell my house even with the current situations with covid. they managed to sell our house only a couple of days with it being up for sale. I could not recommend the guys in the office enough with their hard work and dedication
