GoogleWe were on with another agent, we didn’t initially choose haart as they were higher in fee. Wish we had used them to begin with, their level of professionalism, knowledge and friendliness was miles ahead of their competitors. We had a complex chain and if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have moved.

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Haart Witham and I have to say service far exceeded what I expected, which was high level of custoemr service anyway. The service from start to completion was extremely professional, any glitches with the sales process was promptly dealt with and what I truly liekd was the way that the different stages were handled from pre-sales to sales through to exchange and completion, all exceeding in their own stages. Anyone looking to use a local agent, go to Haart first. Good job and thank you.

GoogleHaart Witham have been incredible from start to finish. The photographs Ryan took of our property were perfect, showing it for what it truly is, they didn't 'over sell' but did show our home exactly how we wanted it to be shown. The sales team (Chloe & Callum) went above and beyond, they supported us every step of the way and no question was a silly question. We really felt like they cared about the sale of our home. Dan & Steph stepped in to support us once we had a buyer and again they were on hand to answer any questions we had, they updated us regularly and helped us through the process. Communication has been brilliant between everyone at Haart and us. We honestly couldn't fault the team and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. GoogleI am only speaking from experience with the experience I had with haart. Poor callum must of gotten bored with my voice the amount of times I had to call in for either questions or not getting call backs when told or not getting a call at all because i was put through to a call center most of the time. I wasn't pleasantly happy with the communication from the manager some if the time I felt very downspoken to and made to feel stupid. Chloe on the other hand I couldn't fault she was very well mannered when we met very helpful throughout the viewing I hoped that she was the one we would be leasing with on the property but still very helpful and quick at getting back. The really picked up and made up for my solicitors failings and helped get everything completed asap. Even helping me out of a difficult situation at Christmas to get me into my property. GoogleWe have had such polite and friendly positive chats with Chloe Stuttle at Haart Witham. When we saw a property she was very informative, and personable. As first time buyers we have lots of questions and we have been emailing back and forth and she is always polite and very efficient in sorting bits out for us. In general, Haart witham is the most professional and friendly practise we have come into contact with about properties. We wouldn't look anywhere else when it comes to finding a home.

GoogleFrom start to finish haart witham have been absolutely amazing. We haven't had the easiest of sales but if it wasn't for the haart witham team it would have been alot harder. Ryan took amazing photos from the start, enthusiastic and friendly which made the beginning so much easier. Chloe then secured my buyer, always kept me up to date on viewings and always made sure they worked round me. Dan the manager has always been on hand to support, even when I was having problems with other agents on property I was buying, he always reassured me and supported his team. And then there's hayley my move manager, she deserves a medal for sticking with my chain. She couldn't of worked any harder and always kept us up to date and chased for us which has finally allowed us to complete today. She has worked so so hard along with the team, even listening to me crying or ranting on the phone when things were going wrong. Thankyou haart witham, you guys have been amazing. Claire and Matt
