GoogleI have sold my house through the team at Bairstow Eves in Witham, Essex. The team were very helpful, when the conditions for selling were quite difficult over the past 6 months. The team manager was very helpful and kept a close eye on progress.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for the WHOLE team at the Witham Essex branch. At the moment they (Nick Webb) arrived to evaluate my property to the chasing up of other agencies involved to get the sale complete as smoothly as possible. The TEAM did all the showing around of possible buyers and there were quite a few, with no fuss and then constantly updated me (which to me is very important) on the viewings I don't normally give praise very easily as anyone who knows me will tell you, however on this occasion the earned and deserve my thanks on a job well done..

GoogleI had nick webb come to see me for a vaulation on my house and also had a meeting with daniel the mortgage adviser ,who helped me remortgage my house.The service provided was of high standard and the eseate agents in the office were very informative and helpful i would highly recommend bairstoweves and their mortgage adviser to everyone. If your ever unsure and just need some honest advice i higly recommend bairstoweves witham.

GoogleWorst estate agent I have ever dealt with! When asked questions he seemed very arrogant and would say what you want me to say to that? Clearly just in it for the money. How about you get some basic customer service skills. A monkey in a suit would of done a better job. The guy just wanted a quick in and out had no interest in being there.
