Such an honest and friendly team, I was given more information from these guys than my own solicitor. We are pleased everything went smoothly with our move, and have settled in well.However there are a couple of issues that were brought to your attention over a week ago , and as yet we have not heard back from you.The issues are1 the front door 2 possible damp in front room room and porch area.3 a wasp nest in the eaves of the extention.

GoogleI have been renting my property through Martin and Co which is also fully managed by them for the last 6 years and found their service to be excellent. They are extremely professional in the way they conduct their business. As I'm living abroad it would not be easy to let a property but I am confident leaving it in their hands. Would most definitely recommend them.

I have used Martin and Co in Bebington on several occasions to help me find tenants and draw paperwork. The process has always been easy enough. Update on progress is not often given but if you ring the office friendly staff readily give an update. They are well organized and seem in control when you ring.
