I cannot recommend Martin & co enough, I decided to put my house on the market and after having many local agents around to value it I just didn't feel right, they would call and email every few days wanting to know when I was ready made a stressful time more stressful. I viewed a house with Martin &Co were I met Lesley Earl she was a breath of fresh air and I knew then I wanted her to sell my house, she got all the emotions I was feeling and I was not just another of 30 houses selling in a big team. From start to finish it was stress free the only stress was packing, huge thanks to Abby and the team too all amazing would recommend this lovely team as felt like a person selling a house not a house with the person second which many agents made me feel like, they treat you with respect, huge thanks again!

Outstanding service from start to finish From start to finish, Martin & Co Bebington have been absolutely flawless in their communication and support. They’ve genuinely gone above and beyond at every step. A special mention to Tracey, who showed me around the property with my daughter during a really difficult time for us. She was incredibly understanding of our situation and immediately put us both at ease. Tracey has also been amazing in allowing us to take measurements at the property before the move-in date, and she even met us there to help, again, going above and beyond what you’d expect. I’ve called the office with multiple questions throughout the process and every time I’ve been responded to quickly, thoroughly, and without hesitation. Sheena has also been fantastic, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always realistic in terms of expectations. She guided me through the application process and made everything feel seamless thanks to the support and reassurance she provided. Overall, it’s been a really pleasant experience. I’ve met other agents from different companies while viewing properties, and the customer service from Martin & Co Bebington has been on another level, so person-centred and professional. They’ve made the whole process far less stressful, and I can’t wait to move into the property at the end of the month, where I’m sure I’ll continue to receive excellent service. Joanna

Cannot speak highly enough of the Bebington office. They are an amazing team, especially Lesley and Sheena. A shout out too for Abby. Lesley came out and did the initial valuation, I was put at ease from the off and it made it an extremely easy decision for me to put my house on the market with Martin and Co. Once the house had gone on the market Abby took over for the sales progression. From the moment I met Lesley when she came to value my late dad’s flat, I knew I’d found the right estate agent to help me through what can be a difficult process. Lesley is efficient, friendly, and has a manner which immediately puts you at your ease. This was very important for me as a seller and would also be to prospective purchasers. Lesley’s positivity and the feeling that she goes the extra mile to support sellers and buyers is also reflected in the attitude of the office staff at Martin & Co. Whenever I have popped into the office or phoned, I’ve felt welcomed and as if nothing is too much trouble. They all make you feel like yours is the most important property on their books and never like you’re just one of many. Just sold our house with the lovely team at Martin & Co, Bebington super friendly, professional, efficient and more importantly the best price on offer at the time. I made sure I got my monies worth, I gave them endless months of mithering over stuff I now know was totally irrelevant and they kept on smiling and coming back for more. So I would like to thank everyone in the office, even the big boss who keeps them all in line, and is excused from tea making duties, they were all really great and my new go to estate agent when I require one in the future.
