GoogleDon't be put off by this small company - it is fantastic. A very personal service with all staff excelling. Always proactive in conveyancing procedures and informing me every step of the way. I never had to call to ask for the latest news on my purchase - staff always pre-empted questions and were extremely helpful. Do not buy or sell with any other company. The team at Martin and Co Bebington were fantastic throughout our first house buying and move. We had the pleasure of working with Lesley who kept us informed every step of the way and gave us loads of advice as to what to expect next. Even during these Covid times she was unflappable and professional. Then we had the pleasure of meeting the whole team on completion day and they were all as lovely. They even gave us a bottle of wine and a card. I would highly recommend this branch I did not regret it for a second.

Polite and friendly staff. The price quoted at the outset was the final price charged. The staff responded promptly and professionally throughout the process. They kept us informed at every stage. Good communications via email and telephone. Good advice offered and taken at the various stages of the decision making process. They handled all the negotiations between seller and purchaser. Overall, a relatively smooth and hassle free experience and we would certainly recommend this company for future business.

Kayleigh has been amazing and so so attentive throughout. Few bumps in the road, mainly due to Covid-19 which can’t be helped, and the handyman communication. However Kayleigh and the landlord worked amazingly with us & any problem or issue which arose were only more then happy to help fix and come to a settlement. We highly recommend Kayleigh, she has been brilliant , and has helped so so much along the way. Thank you so much- your a credit to your company, they’re very lucky to have you ☺️

Kayleigh and Lesley. I would recommended them to anyone who is looking to sell, buy or rent a property. They worked very hard in helping me move into my new property within a short space of time and kept me updated daily throughout the process. Lesley Earl was fabulous. She ensured that I understood the process and that I was kept in the loop continuously and she had complete understanding that I was very stressed and found it quite difficult and she was incredibly supportive.
