They went out of the way to arrange viewings and dealt with all our meetings in a professional and helpful way . Having had dealings with other not so good letting agencies, I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people .

I actually dont know how they sell houses and I certainly wouldn't be asking them to sell mine! I messaged over one property my mate messaged and called over three. Thats four houses and they did not reply once shocking. My advice do not waste your time

So far not good at all. Do not let your property with Jones and Chapman. My Tenants moved in 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my rent! Every day on the phone, another excuse. Still nothing. Emails, another sorry and excuse.

GoogleEd was great throughout my sale which had a lot of complications due to covid 19. Ed is a credit to the prenton branch and always rings back and keeps in regular contact which is really important during the stressful time of moving home.

Really bad experience I would not recomend, they told us what we wanted to hear but when it come to services they delaid us for months and could not provide nothing of what they've promised, charged money first thing as well. WOULD NOT RECOMEND

GoogleA little underhand. They are friendly but they are stuck to adhering to the company standards, which is a very impersonal national chain. Tried to charge me for tenancy fees even after the law changed. No contact and they don't reply to emails.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
