I had been looking for somewhere to rent for a while and no letting agent was as helpful as Clive Watkin have been! Megan was wonderful throughout the whole process of us finding somewhere to rent, she showed us around a couple of houses and kept us well informed throughout the application process. She is kind, knowledgeable and attentive, and has responded to questions very quickly. The communication has been excellent and Megan is genuinely so happy to help you with anything at all! We have found a home that we love thanks to Megan’s help. Also, the system for logging repairs and maintenance requests is extremely simple and is responded to quickly, which makes me feel confident as a tenant. I can really recommend using Clive Watkin when looking for your next rental 😊

Worst company I have delt with

Worst company I have delt with. Staff don't listen to clients requests, showing the wrong people around my property, that's when they show anybody around the property. Only a small handful of people shown around in three and a half months, then leaving my lights on in the property for 3 days while no one was in the property. Then had the audacity to make me wait the 28 days cancellation period, where again nobody was shown around my property, stay clear of this company if you want to sell your property.

Avoid! They don't get back to you

I phoned about a property to rent, within seconds of it being listed. I was placed on a list and was told I would be contacted when viewings would start. I phoned 3 times over 20 days, each time being told tenants hadn't given them a day yet. I phoned on the 24th day since placing my initial interest only to be told an application has been submitted. The lady said they mustn't had got to my name yet! What? I phoned within seconds of it being listed! Mad is not the word, very poor communication, clearly favour specific clients. will avoid any properties listed by them in future!

Impossible to get a viewing that works for us. Rang last week and was offered 5:30 that evening by Brian, so told him I would arrange it and call them back. I phoned back 20 mins later and Brian was out and was told there was no way to they would arrange a viewing at that time. feeling somewhat confused, I said I would call again the following week.
