cost me a load of money after a lease-hold purchase fell through because pets weren't allowed despite me being repeatedly asking that they were allowed and assurances that they were. At least I found out before searches were started, more luck than judgement. You'd expect a selling agent to clarify lease restrictions before conveyancing starts! Legal costs and survey, all a waste of money and will be holding B&M to account for my losses based on their misrepresentation

I was the buyer for a house purchase and had an excellent experience with Bricks and Mortar estate agents. They were very professional and quick to respond to queries. Phoebe was really good at communicating between myself, the seller's and their solicitor too. Would highly recommend!

From our first meeting both Carl and Abby were relaxed and supportive. Selling a parents house , a family home , is a difficult task. Emotions and memories can get in the way . Abby was extremely professional , competent and more than anything calm. She made me feel it was all possible. No drama or miscommunication- outstanding. I would 100% recommend this fabulous team. If the SAS used estate agents it would be Bricks & Mortar. The whole team are Tier 1 operators prepped for action and ready to go. They sold my mother’s house which was a tough nut to crack but with their dedication and perseverance came through. I am now planning on using them to sell my own home and already have them primed and ready to go.

Recently used Bricks + Mortar to sell my late Aunt’s bungalow. From the very first meeting Carl was professional whilst being empathetic. I chose this estate agent because I liked the caring family feel of it & wasn’t disappointed. Absolutely brilliant service throughout the sales process, giving me weekly updates at a minimum. I had the pleasure of recently buying a house through Bricks + Mortar, Wirksworth. One thing that stood out, and was really helpful in reducing the inevitable house-buying stress, was being assigned a dedicated person (Phoebe-excellent) to deal with my purchase. Equally excellent was Su who introduced me to the property. Totally recommended.

The team at Bricks and Mortar were great, our chain was a bit of a nightmare (through no fault of Bricks and Mortar nor of our seller), but as a company they were willing to pick up the slack from other parts of the chain (that weren’t doing it properly), and by doing so, they helped to avoid the whole thing falling through. It became a bit of a team effort in the end and Bricks and Mortar were always contactable, willing to find answers about what was going on, and always went the extra mile. Very happy that they were involved.
