GoogleCalled the Winlaton branch to arrange a viewing of a bungalow. It was arranged swiftly the communication was great from Erin, Gemma and Angela. I put an offer in and they were great at handling everything. Would definitely recommend them. 10 out of 10

GoogleFantastic customer care. A personal service where the staff go over and beyond on even the smallest matters. Buying and selling houses can be a stressful experience but the whole team took away all of the frustration and confusion making the experience easy. Janet and Lindsey work so hard chasing answers and motivating others to respond it feels like you have an army of staff looking after you. Don’t go anywhere else. This is quite simply the best out there and great value for money. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

GoogleBuying at this unprecedented time can be extremely daunting. But we are truly grateful & considered ourselves to be extremely lucky to be guided by Lindsey, Michelle and Janet at Your Move. They couldn't have been more helpful and reliable in helping us buy our house. They had to do a lot for us and we are really grateful, we felt that they went above and beyond for us whenever we asked for it and they were there for us whenever we needed them. They are professional, friendly, highly efficient and communicated superbly, always quick to follow-up and kept us informed all the way. Would definitely not hesitate to use them again in the future. GoogleI found the Team at Your Move very professional in selling my parents house which they had lived in for 54 years .The Lockdowns created their own issues especially with living 300 miles away but the team were always on hand to help and went the extra mile even checking on the property for me .Although its a national company you still receive the local one to one professional service you would expect from an independentPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe have moved twicentre in 2 year and used your move both times . The 1st move was a dream with the help of the girls in Winlaton it was all done & dusted in about 8 weeks the 2nd move was a nightmare due to incompetent solicitors either side of our sale/buy ,Janet Alaina & Michelle never stopped trying to get in touch with our buyer's solicitor (who rarely responded) & kept us posted all the way . They were all amazing and can't thank them enough !

GoogleYour move were professional helpful and informative of the process of selling our home in Blaydon Gateshead. They were always at hand to keep us informed of any viewings and feedback. At times going beyond their remit is assisting us in our role as the seller. Following a successful sale of our property they continued to assist us in small problems in relocating such as liaising with purchaser around mail ect. All in all a professional approach and caring approach to selling our property.

GoogleThe Winlaton team, led by Michelle really are 'Best in Class''! They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and always prepared to provide support when required. I have dealt with the ladies at this branch for several years now, and can honestly say that their service provision goes from strength to strength. GoogleAbsolutely amazing staff. Our transition from our old property was far from smooth but Lindsey and Janet literally held our hands to resolve the many, many hiccups that presented themselves to us alone the way. They are so professional and efficient but best of all they are warm and understanding and make you feel like you have been friends for years. If I could have given more stars i most certainly would add another 5 minimum.

GoogleI have used your move Winlaton for both renting out of a property and the sale of said property. Amazing service from both Lynsey and Janet. I also have used the Landlord rent protection scheme ,which covered me for an extended period when I had tennant issues, total god send .

GoogleA great team of staff who are friendly and professional, and provided a fantastic service throughout my purchase, and what became a difficult sale after our buyer pulled out at the last minute. The team quickly got new viewings arranged and we were able to successfully complete with a new buyer only a few weeks later. I couldn't fault the team at Your Move, I'd highly recommend them.

GoogleI would not recommend your move. Was very friendly at the beginning,however feel as if you have to do all the ringing around and collecting updates yourself Not friendly feel as if you are a bother to them. Did not even say thank you for your business or good luck.
Jayne I am very sorry you were dissatisfied with the service you have received from Winlaton Your Move. We are all working in unprecedented times, something that was discussed in detail with you when your property came to the market with us in July. We understand that you were frustrated that the transaction did not move as quickly as you required but I can assure you that eleven weeks from instruction to completion on a leasehold sale is way ahead of the current average.
