7 weeks waiting for a repair nobody answers phones or emails and close off issues on fixflo without fixing and then ignore you .....absolute waste of time having a managing agent when they dont do their jobs

The houses are amazing quality for renral property and come with excellent equipment. Hiwever, some of tge works and issues identified have not been resolved even though reported for longer than a year.I would definitely recimmend simple life homes.

Can't fault simple life. We love our home! Not everything has been perfect but any small issues were dealt with reasonably quickly after they were reported. They go above and beyond for residents with events throughout the year.

I've had little to no communication other than asking for the deposit,moving date less than 8 days away... this is a bit shabby and worrying but I've paid 190 un refunded deposit.

Hi Patrick,We’re disappointed to read that you are not happy with the amount of communication received. We can see that upon paying your reservation fee the team sent you your draft tenancy agreement and your referencing forms on the same day. The referencing stage can take a few weeks to ascertain all the information and checks required from sources you have provided to us, so we would ordinarily expect your referencing to be complete any day now ready for when you move in. Our Head of BTR has tried to call you this week to reassure you that everything is in hand and on track. If you would like to discuss this further, then please feel free to give him a call back on the number provided.
