As soon as I met Matthew Staves I knew I was going to be in good hands. Charlie and Teresa were equally professional and diligent in progressing viewings for our sale , giving regular updates, and then sensitively managed the buyers and also assisted in the conveyancing. I couldn't speak more highly of Staves. They were excellent. Estate agents don't always get a good press, do they? Well, Staves are certainly the exception who deserve all the plaudits they get. Matt, Kate, Charly and the team were all first class and really helpful. They were always available when you wanted them, kept us properly up to date on the progress of our sale and, most importantly, genuinely gave advice. Their fees are also very competitive and I didn't begrudge them a penny. They worked very hard for us. So if you're selling or buying in Dore or Totley, go to Staves. It really is a no brainer.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Staves. The service we received was excellent. A particular shout out to Charley who kept us informed of progress from start to finish. What I really like about Staves is that they have offices imbedded within the local community. I think this makes a real difference to us as sellers but also to potential buyers who I am sure are likely to have more confidence in their knowledge of the local area.
