I loooooved working with Carly Burke 😊! IN JUST 2 WEEKS she helped me score a move-in ready condo with 1 bedroom and garage space, with dream views in a prime location just a 2 minutes’ walk from high street. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me during every stage of the process. She would accompany me to see the places and, since she is so experienced, she would point out subtle things that I would have missed but were really important for my decision process. I love that she also helped me with the emotional toll of getting a place in Slough She is soooo patient! Carly Burke is just AMAZING!

James was very nice and explained almost everything about the property from the beginning. That's when everything pretty much stopped. We have been told that the owner wants a quick move which eventually turned into a very long chain buying process which all in all took 4 months to complete. Communication was very difficult and short. As first time buyers we would expect a bit more Information to be honest. They changed their name which honestly worried us a bit. On the day of the Completion we had to get in touch with them to find out details of exactly what's going on. All our friends that bought properties almost anywhere in the Uk received a welcome pack and a nice hamper, champagne bottle or a small gift from the estate agents. We haven't received not even a £2 card. I had to collect one key from them on the day of the completion and received a Good Luck from now message =D We personally wouldn’t recommend using them.

Made an appointment for viewing the house when I went there on time no agent was there. Very disappointed. She called me next day to apologise and said she was going to call again to reschedule the appointment and she hasn’t called back until now. Very rude

Rav Singh and the team at Hamilton Chess did an outstanding job selling our house. We live overseas, so Rav did a lot of work for us to get the house ready for sale and to manage the process for us. Rav communicated very well, especially given the 11 hour time zone difference there is with the UK. Rav always kept us informed and replied to our emails very promptly. This was very reassuring. Rav did an excellent job marketing the property, and then, once the buyer was found, Rav worked really hard for us to ensure everything happened smoothly. Over the past 5 or so years Hamilton Chess has been managing the property for us as an investment property. Selling a house is supposed to be THE most stressful life experience. The whole process is somewhat daunting with so many unknowns. Hamilton Chess have proved that this does not have to be true. We recently sold and bought a property in the Windsor area. For the sale of our property we did not work with Hamilton Chess. Despite the fact we were not contracting with Hamilton Chess both my partner and myself were hugely impressed by the professionalism, dedication and integrity from Rav Singh and his team. Unlike other agents we felt Rav allowed us to view properties at our own pace and he gave us some really good advice. Also during the process of the sale and purchase of properties we felt Rav went the extra mile. He followed up regularly by phone and unlike our own agent Rav was very proactive in following up with different parties' solicitor and agents. I think Rav's management helped facilitating the sale proceeds significantly.
