Dear Mr Morris - Thank you for highlighting this issue with us. Beechcroft have been actively working on this with the lift contractor and managing agent as a matter of urgency. Elm expect a date of works to be confirmed today and they will be updating all residents as soon as they have this date confirmed.

My advice would be to avoid buying a Beechcroft Retirement Home.
Dear Mrs Allen Thank you for your review. This matter has been dealt with by the managing agents as the entry station was out of its warranty period. Beechcroft have paid the replacement cost and on this occasion there will be no charge to the residents. Kind regards Beechcroft
