TrustpilotPinewood Place
I moved into Pinewood Place in Windsor at the beginning of August and I am absolutely loving it. People are very friendly and my flat is so comfortable and easy to maintain. The estate is kept in pristine condition, clean and well trimmed. Now that the weather has turned colder I am amazed by how much cheaper my heating bills are. I am still working and find it very easy to pop in and out to London for meetings and theatre. And so handy for Heathrow!

Essentially the people who were incredibly helpful and di what they said they would do. Made helpful recommendations without making us feel under pressure. Some we used and some we went our own way but at no time did we feel under any pressure. Since moving in issues, not many, have been dealt with efficiently although not necessarily speedily unless they were genuinely urgent. A good professional team.

TrustpilotLovely apartment but lack of support from head office
Very poor support for building services such as phone, broadband, smart meter, car charger, heating. Rectification needed such as plasterwork corners and scratched windows which should have been remedied before completion of sale

TrustpilotRetail Property Cobham
I have been trying to possibly purchase a retail property that Beechcroft have for sale in Cobham. During the last four weeks I have telephoned on nine separate occasions and sent four emails - simply asking for details, cost, floor plans. What I have received from Beechcroft? Absolutely nothing not even an acknowledgment - if this is how they treat potential new customers I am thinking best course of action would be to give them a wide berth and avoid at all costs.

TrustpilotOrford Place - Ham Common
We have lived at Orford Court on Ham Common for over a year now and find living here a joy. After some initial snagging problems, these have been resolved to our satisfaction. The site sales lady, Carolann is very helpful and a cheery person to have around and is a great asset to the Ham Common development. Frances Langley and Mike Andrew

TrustpilotFind another developer!!
There are a number of issues with the house that relate to the original installation of systems that were not installed correctly. Hob extractor fan installed incorrectly so house stinks when cooking. Just had first big service of air pump and boiler system since build only to find out insufficient coolant added to system at time of installation. Beechcroft’s response is to deflect and refuse to take any responsibility for the original faulty installation of these systems because they are outside 2 year period. We just bought the house which is only 3 years old. The customer service guy even remarked that he hadn’t come this far in his career by paying for these kind of claims. Shocking.

TrustpilotWe have withdrawn from our purchase
We have withdrawn from our purchase due to Beechcroft misleading us through the sales process. 2 adjacent properties were not advised to us, the location of a new roundabout was advised differently to publicly accessible drawings/data, an advised 5-6 executive house development next to the estate is in planning for 100 houses! We were told there was a knack to opening the defective loft ladder! An onerous lease totally in favour of the Landlord. A non for profit organisation which charges 16% of the maintenance fees (which is excessive at £3,200 p.a.) as Management Fee. It's an over 55 retirement complex and the lease stipulates that visiting family can't use/play on the common grounds that are paid for under the management services fees!! No CPI mechanism or dispute resolution process (if you don't pay the charges after 21 days they have the right to terminate the lease, yet there is no dispute resolution process!!) plus too many other onerous lease conditions. If you consider buying one of their properties, go into it with your eyes fully wide open

My new house is delightful but the whole process took a very long time. A whole year from exchanging to moving in.
The sales lady Emma Sturgess has always been approachable, friendly & helpful which eased some of my stress.

TrustpilotPoor Customer Service
We have just moved into our house in Kent which is part of a recently built development by Beechcroft. We purchased the house a few months back and have had problems with our extractor fan. Following investigations of the hob and fan by the manufacturers, we have been informed the fan was installed incorrectly from the start. We have approached Beechcroft who have deflected responsibility and left us to sort out this problem. As a new home, built only a few years ago, you would hope that if an integral part of the house had been incorrectly installed by their own workforce (even if they were subcontractors) Beechcroft would take full responsibility for the error and rectify it without passing it onto their clients! We currently have to open all windows, close all doors and light candles throughout the downstairs of the house if we cook anything at all which is problematic. Very disappointed as love the house and the area and think Beechcroft have done a lovely job of creating a good quality living experience.

TrustpilotMy recent move to Pinewood Place
I have moved very recently to Pinewood Place in Windsor. Throughout my difficult move, (problems with buyers), delays, etc, I was supported by Helen and Louise who were empathetic, kind, yet conforming to the rules.
I absolutely love my new apartment. I’ve not had time yet to discover much about it as I’ve had to travel and the surrounding area is still unfinished. But I can say with certainty; it’s lovely and airy, and the quality of the fittings is indisputable.
I’m very much looking forward to this new chapter in my life and to enjoying all that this Beechcroft development has to offer.

The resident staff have always been helpful and attentive including the building workforce in site. All of our requests have been attended ti in a prompt manner. Our only disappointment was that the customer after sales team seemed disorganised, lacking in structure and sound knowledge.

TrustpilotCastle Gardens, Watlington
My mother has recently moved to Castle Gardens in Watlington which is a lovely development and near to where I live.
Throughout the long, drawn-out and complicated sale of my mother's previous property, Elaine at Beechcroft sales was not only efficient and extremely helpful, but also understanding and empathetic to our situation which was much appreciated.
The flat is light and airy, Mum would have a few points to make to Beechcroft on design for the older person, but overall she is pleased to be in her new home.

TrustpilotMoved to Beechcroft on 18/12/2020
Moved to Beechcroft on 18/12/2020. The flat had numerous existing problems including a toilet that did not flush. We are both in our 70’s, and viewed the flat just once due to the Covid outbreak. The repairs, including fixing the flush to the main toilet, was not attended to until the staff returned from their three week vacation. We were very disappointed.

We are sorry to read of your disappointment. The reference to numerous problems is surprising and not reflected in our records for this home. The Customer Team will reach out separately to ensure any concerns are captured and suitably resolved.

TrustpilotWe bought an apartment in St Albans
We bought an apartment at Maryland Place in St Albans from Beechcroft. The sale representative at the site was very helpful, her name is Joanne. She made us feel very welcome, was very hospitable after a long journey, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. We were purchasing the show home, and we decided to purchase most of the contents, and Joanne helped us pull together an inventory of the items. She has also proved very helpful on after sales when we have struggled to contact others on the post sales team. Thank you for all your help

TrustpilotBeechcroft at Watlington
Everyone at Beechcroft has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and smooth the transition from our old house of 25 years to our new one in the Watlington development. We are enjoying having such a low maintenance house and being able to enjoy a beautifully kept garden without the worry of looking after it. The team on site have been so very helpful and gone beyond what they have needed to do, e.g. helping us to move a banister in order to install a stairlift, sorting out the removal of a wasps nest and many other small odd jobs. They are always popping in to check if we are ok, which, being one of the first residents to move in, has been comforting for our children to know that we are so well looked after.

TrustpilotA perfect retirement house
We absolutely love our new house in Watlington which has 3 bedrooms, the master having an en-suite. A well designed kitchen with plenty of storage and full range of Bosch appliances. The house is light and airy and spacious. We have a small garden which is beautifully planted and fabulous views beyond especially from our master bedroom balcony - an absolute joy in the mornings to wake up to or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. We wanted a low maintenance garden and house which was energy efficient and to find it in such a beautiful location is just perfect. It is also within easy walking distance of the shops for every day essentials. Beechcroft have made our move very easy from beginning to end and even have a wonderful lady who went through all the appliances and heating etc to make sure that we knew how to use them. We feel so welcomed here -all in all just perfect!

TrustpilotLuxury Beechcroft Apartment!
We have just moved into our fabulous new Beechcroft apartment! We were concerned about downsizing from a large house but as soon as we first walked into our future apartment, we were so impressed by its spaciousness as well as the high quality of the fixtures and fittings. Everyone is very friendly here, and the apartment is in an excellent location for walking to local amenities as well as being close to London. We definitely made the right decision!

In August I moved into Pinewood Place in Windsor, it’s a delightful flat and very comfy. The location suits me because it is near to the town centre and has a very good bus route. The staff here are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The gardens here are pretty and private and are looked after by a gardener. I am looking forward to more people moving in over the coming months.
