Hopeless. Lied about what worked when I rented the property, were rude when I questioned the cleaning costs and always took the landlords side against the tenantn. Rent out your property with them but don't rent from them. They are terrible

Throughout the changing COVID situation, Prospect showed their flexibility to adapt to the changing rules.
