I am reviewing for the Brighton/Hove Branch and only as a prospective tenant. I am currently looking for an apartment and have been in touch with at least 15 different agents. The majority of them have been truly awful, no call back, rude etc. However, having called Hayley (spoken to another lady Friday afternoon but didn't get her name), I was pleased that a rental company in Brighton are doing their job right, in fact more than right. They were courteous and above all, asked the questions they needed to to ensure they get my business. As a person that has often rented property through agents and will do so again, I have been dismayed that upon phoning most agents get 'the property is let, goodbye ' without even asking if there is anything else they may have that will interest me???Not with these guys, they currently don't have what I'm looking for but hope they do soon as I would rather go with them than any other I have contacted recently.

While we have had some trouble with Hampton's in the past, we are giving 5 stars purely due to our new property manager Alex who resolved a blocked drain outside our flat (causing flooding) as quick as possible. He really want the extra mile calling several different companies to find someone who could help us immediately and was polite and friendly despite our relentless messaging about the issue. Been waiting for over a month to get back my deposit, after renting a property serviced by Hamptons for over 3 years. Very disappointed with the service, avoid !EDIT: another month has passed and I still haven't gotten my deposit. Poor customer service!

GoogleI recently had a very tight turn round to finding a home recently in Windsor and found Hamptons to be amazingly helpful .
I had a super chap named Jimmy Anderton from their Windsor office who basically held my hand and guided me very clearly and calmly through this process as I was a first timer at renting.His patience, and commitment in helping me find our current home went beyond amazing and made a truly stressful week so much easier.
I would highly recommend Hamptons for their professional & friendly advice and look forward to dealing with them again in the near future when looking to purchase my next home.

They made their assessment and Daniel advised us to let the repair company carry out repairs to the machine rather than replace it.
