I've rented my property with Hamptons for 19 years, and the service I have had has been overwhelmingly positive, especially so in the last few years. I'd like to call out Annabel and George in particular who have been responsive, effective and just all around great to deal with.

We have had a very good experience with Hamptons and our property manager Jocelyn. She has been very proactive in dealing with any issues as they have arisen and arranging for quotes and repairs quickly and efficiently while keeping us informed of progress along the way.

GoogleFriendly approachable and attentive service, both whilst finding tenants and during the management period. Hamptons even provided assistance after the rental period ended and there was a water leak in the property. Highly recommended.

We recently sold two properties in Surrey, one though Hamptons and one privately. I cannot fault Simon Jordan at the Guildford Office who provided excellent advice all the way and was even prepared to help us with guidance on the private sale, going well above and beyond our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were repeatedly promised things by the agent but as soon as we moved in (after first stressing us someone else was interested in the property) he pretended like what he has said never happened. Check the inventory report thuroughly as well as they had left things out. They use all the games in the book and make sure you get everything you are discussing in writing!

Had a major electrical problem over the weekend and Jenny Powell in the Marlborough office got everything arranged very quickly - Elite Electrical came out within 2 hours and got everything up and running again very quickly especially as we weren’t sure what was causing the problem.
