FacebookUnder no circumstance rent or sell with this terrible unscrupulous company. They are about nothing but making a quick pound and they’re pure gorilla sales techniques are frankly scary

FacebookAbsolutely horrendous. If you're ok with breach of data protection and disclosure of your personal finances to your ex-husband, hey, go with Chancellors. They are SO inept, unbelievably arrogant, inordinately incompetent and even with numerous court demands, they refused to engage. At your peril.

GoogleBoth the sales and rental departments at Chancellors provide a first class service. Updates on viewings are consistently given within 24 hrs of each visit, general updates on the marketing of the property are issued every week, the personal service is outstanding - if the person you call is not in the office they always call you back. The professionalism of every member of staff makes dealing with Chancellors a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend this agent.

FacebookAbsolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service. Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do. Plz plz plz do not deal with this company. You will regret your decision for ever

FacebookWe have had the pleasure of dealing with Jayne Morris originally from the Kington branch, who helped us almost 2 years ago with our rental search. She had ideas and inspirations for us, before we even moved in. Nothing was a problem and she would always plan to see us, for viewings, when convenient with myself and my partner. Since we have lived here, Jayne has always gone above and beyond with helping us and sorting any problems out, highly recommended.

FacebookI was delighted with the excellent service I received from Declan Hartigan at Chancellors. I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had. Also, the entire process was completed within a week! The help and efficiency I have received from Chancellors has taken the stress away from moving house!

FacebookPlease please every DO NOT USE chancellors,I used the slough branch for the sale of my house which has still not sold even after dropping the price nearly £50,000 and have had to withdraw in the sale as I have lost over £8000 on paying the mortage of a house that has been empty from my own pocket...i have told George that came to do the valuation on my house that I needed quick sale.He told me he could sell it very easily as it had alot to offer as a 3 bed semi and valued at £425000 back in April here we are in July dropping the price nearly £50000 with not a single offer.I am sure they are doing something wrong...are they over pricing or not doing viewing correctly are also very poor at communicating as send alot of emails and have make alot of calls regarding my sale when the eventually get into contect,very little back in return besides reassurance but still no offers.I am sure they get paid to sell my house which they haven't done as if i sell my house now I will be at a loss therefore I have had to withdraw my sale. They also have very high fees compared to other agent.SO PLEASE NOT USE CHANCELLORS WITH THE SALE OF YOUR HOUSE

FacebookBooked a viewing for 6pm on the 2nd May 2017. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to give up. No phone call to let us know we wouldn't be met. If we are disappointed, goodness knows how the seller would feel not having people able to view... ***Update*** Just had a phone call to let us know there was someone at the property, waiting. Trying to make out it was us in the wrong. Terrible, terrible customer service. No apology! Absolute waste of time dealing with these agents!

FacebookThis agencyin headington has been hassling me with calls for 4 months despite asking them on several occassion not to; i have never registered with them and they've obtained my details.I'm not selling a house and don't want to buy one. If i did i woud not go through them. Their tactics are appauling and if they are spending time calling likes of me then you could be wasting your fees. Have passed on complaints to leading authorties now also. Buy from elsewhere.

FacebookProperty management side of the business is poor in my opinion . Inventory had to be updated and I listed health n safety issues we had . Took from September till now and still not sorted only when I've got very nearly abusive on the phone have things began to move in the form of an email to say the contractor has been given the go ahead . Didn't think much to the tone of the smart arsed lady's attitude, who will remain nameless, the on the other end of the phone either. I think they forget they represent the landlord as well as the tenant
