FacebookI bought a house through Chancellors and dealt with someone called Sebina. I found the service was very efficient and always getting back to me with the relevant information. Sebina was lovely and always kept me in the loop and never minded me chasing up the status of the purchase! Great customer service. My house has now been completed and I receive the keys today. Thank you very much.

The communication was very thorough through every step and I greatly appreciate it. In addition in the past when I have had queries she has always been efficient and happy to help which is very reassuring. Thank you.

FacebookEvery dealing we’ve had with Chancellor’s has been terrible. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful is how I would describe every member of staff I’ve dealt with. We have moved out of our rental property, our landlord has said we can have our full deposit back but chancellors are ignoring our calls and emails. I’m absolutely disgusted with this situation - think long and hard before you use this estate agency.

They were so friendly and helpful and I really felt they were looking after my best needs when looking for a family home. From a new branch I wasn't expecting much after past experience with their competitors but thanks so much Richard, Richard and Ricky, you were amazing!

When she says she will call you back she will, quick to reply to emails and this is why we are glad to be working with Chancellors.
