It will be featured, not only through our website and social channels, but also through the four industry leading property portals. Furthermore, we select exceptional photographers, use high quality floor plans and create property descriptions that truly extoll the attributes of your property and the local area. We then continue with experienced Sales or Lettings progression: qualifying applicants, accompanied viewings and professional feedback and advice, until the successful sale or let of your property. Our in-house Lettings team offer a Managed, Let Only or Rent Collection service for the rental of your property, tailored to your own individual needs.

Scott and his fantastic team at Novus special mention to Kay, went above and beyond in their capacity as managing agents. We had an issue with a tenant that they actually inherited rather than found for us and without their valued support, including supplying detailed logs to use in court, which must taken them tens of hours (which they did for us unpaid) we would have not been anywhere near as prepared. They also do their managing agent job incredibly well and thoroughly. Total professionals in the property game.

I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.

I am only a few months into my tenancy in a property managed by Novus, and am already so impressed with their team. Courteous and friendly agents like Scott and Olly; Kay and Alex in the office helpfully and promptly dealing with any issues; a maintenance team who has consistently delivered great work. As a buyer my experience of dealing with Scott, and Novus, has been great. Buying a property in Probate, and with Executors in place, is never easy but Scott was always on hand to answer questions and release information when authorised. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company if you in the market to sell.

I am a director representing 51 leaseholders. Our estate is managed by Novus Residential. We have always found Novus and Joanna Wade very professional. They draw up yearly budget's and arrange for any health and safety inspections that are required. They respond to any emergencies that arise, reacting to any issue promptly and resolving them. They have been managing our site for the past 7 years. Very happy with the service they give.

I had an excellent experience with Novus Residential as my rental agency! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to assist me with any questions or concerns. They took the time to understand my needs and found me the perfect rental that met all of my requirements. The unit was well-maintained and in a great location, and any maintenance issues were promptly addressed by the staff. Communication was seamless, and I always felt informed and in the loop. Called up today spoke to Julian who as extremely rude, unhelpful and aggressive!! I had 1 question for him which he couldnt even help me with. Throughout the conversation all he did was slag off my plumber which is unacceptable as Julian has no clue about plumbing so who is he to judge?! He was complaining that its a saturday afternoon and why is he having this conversation with me? Then to top it off he deliberately hung up on me!! Terrible customer service absolutely shocked and disgusted!!!

I have used Novus Residential a couple of times for renting my properties, both times I have dealt with Scott, he is very efficient and straightforward to deal with, any queries are answered quickly and the whole experience has been positive so far. Both properties where rented in good time with no void periods gaining the full rental asking price. Scott takes the time to make sure I got quality photography and floor plans and this really helped to show my properties in there best light. I have recommended Novus Residential to another friend and I know they had a similar positive experience so don't hesitate to give them a try, Vince Dunbar
