We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

We engaged with Strutt and Parker Perth, because I liked Hamish’s no nonsense approach and his approachable style. Nothing has been too much trouble for Hamish or Amy. And they have made a difficult sale in a challenging market as stress free as they could. Whether it be show clients round, pick up keys, or give advice. The handholding when I was an overly anxious seller waiting for missives to conclude was second to none. Amy in particular shone at making sure I was 100 percent in the loop and clear about next steps. I am very happy that I made the right choice when I picked Strutt and Parker to be our agents.

GoogleI have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!🤣 To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.

Trying to sell in the recent economic climate was not easy. We were very happy with the service provided by Amy and Hamish who were always responsive and helpful, meeting as necessary to discuss next steps and how best to respond to a changing sales market. They realised how much the house meant to us over many years and made good links with our lawyer pending the sale.

GooglePatrick Glynn-Jones, and assistant Serena, have just successfully sold my 92 year old Mother's home. It is an old thatched cottage, and I am sure at the lower end of the sort of houses that Strutt & Parker usually market; however, at no time in the process was she made to feel anything less than their most important client. The sale had the usual twists and turns, with a problem down the chain, but at all times they were totally professional, and on the ball. They kept me informed at all times, and we were totally confident with their advice throughout the sale; I cannot recommend them more highly.
