This review is regarding the auction…

This review is regarding the auction side of SavillsA site came up for sale which I was very interested in, so I emailed the Savills agent but had no response, I followed this with about 6 emails to several email addresses given for the Auction team and also the live chat team asking for a viewing.No one phoned or emailed me back and when I eventually managed to talk to someone on the phone not only were they non apologetic for my experience they also promised that someone would call me. I explained that as it was an auction I could not bid on the property if I had not seen it. No one ever bothered to contact me. I wanted the property but without seeing it I cannot possibly bid, not only did Savills let me down they also let there vendor down as they are not providing the service that they have paid for.Never have I tried so hard to get a company to call me and been so blatantly ignored. Savills is a company I could trust, but there is no excuse that can be given for their lack of response to my requests which continued for 10 days without response from any of the emails or phone requests.Judging on the review score on trustpilot I am not the only one!!

The vendors of our now new property used Savills for their sale. The agent, Leon Murray was extremely helpful, communicative and supportive to us in accessing information on the property from the vendor. All our queries were answered quickly and he was available at all times. The conveyancing process was very stressful and he was reassuring during this period.

First time buyer

As a first-time buyer, I recently participated in a Savills auction in Dagenham and purchased a property. Unfortunately, the experience was not what I had hoped for.The property was sold for more than what it was worth.It was not made clear that the property had no bathroom or kitchen.The contract required you to pay the seller’s legal fees, which was not transparent beforehand.The property had no clear title, which was a major oversight.The property may not gain significant value after renovations.

I appreciate his prompt response to questions and problems from both the tenants and me, the ability to offer solutions to solve the problems and issues by mobilizing appropriate contractors and services. Flat rental with the Savills team

We have rented a flat managed by the team at Savills for the past 6 years and their various team members have always been helpful and professional. A pleasure to deal with

Savills were invaluable in selling my house. Importantly, they were the only estate agent who gave me a realistic selling price. They produced a brochure of the property which was so impressive that it attracted a great deal interest from potential purchasers and wasted no time in putting it on Rightmove. They advised me on interior decoration that was needed and which was letting the house down, and this made a world of difference. They kept me informed at all times of comments that potential purchasers were making, and advised me promptly of all offers made. They also guided me on my response to offers which was both fair to the buyer and to the seller. They are a great team, they are friendly, very helpful, honest and respectful and have enabled me to move on with my life. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Terence Lane was a game changer!

Terence Lane was a game changer!My client was having difficulties getting a toilet and the subsequent damage from the toilet repaired. A series of unprepared contractors arrives wasting her time and theirs. When reaching out to Savills to express her frustration, Terence stepped in and thoroughly addressed the concerns, made the necessary calls, monitored the progress and ultimately ensured that the project was brought to completion! Doesn't care about tenants only money

Do NOT EVER use this letting agency. They were terrible to deal with, slow and incompetent. Annabel and Maicy were unhelpful at best. They gave us wrong amounts due, wrong bank details and a wrong address to the property. Moreover, they rented us a unit that is an absolute DUMP and a biohazard. There is MOLD everywhere. Everything is broken. Now they are holding us to a lease for a property that is not fit for tenancy. RUN!!! Use any other agency but Savills. They are a fraud and a joke.

Please note that this 5-star review relates to our current property manager, Tami Falzon, only, as opposed to the disgustingly poor customer service we have experienced with Savills otherwise. After three incompetent predecessors (each of whom quit Savills after three-month stints without us tenants being alerted), Tami has been refreshingly communicative, reassuring and proactive. Her quick response time, regular updates on outstanding issues, positive attitude and no-nonsense approach in liaising with our building’s management company have been massively appreciated, not the least because we can finally trust a Savill’s representative to action things within a remotely acceptable timeframe. The team at Savills, specifically Victoria and Cameron , have been exceptional in their assistance with the sale of my Mother’s house. From the first reassuring meeting, where my Mother was greeted with kindness, respect, to the final exchange date, Victoria and Cameron have been professional and personable throughout. We have been kept completely up to date with viewings, feedback and more latterly, the final moving details. Phone calls or email concerns have been answered immediately and my Mother has been able to feel completely confident that she has chosen outstanding agents. In fact, it would be fair to say that whilst not the normal comment from an 86 year old, she told me she would happily adopt Victoria and Cameron!As an over seas daughter, it is impossible to thank, or praise Victoria and Cameron enough, for all their attention to my mother’s sale and for the frequent emails and phone calls to me too.Savills are, quite simply, head and shoulders above the rest.
