GoogleAbsolutely awful to tenants! So lazy, would get away with the bare minimum. Tried to keep all of our deposit. W were living in a house that had trip hazards, stains and terrible old fashioned heating. Not to mention no smoke alarms to begin with. The treated us like we were idiots. After fighting for our deposit we were successful.

Hi Erin, I am sorry to read your dissatisfaction. I have looked into this personally. I have reviewed the property file and spoken with our Property Manager regarding your tenancy. On the checkout report from the independent inventory clerk; cleaning was required + some bulbs + some touch up of marks. Based on that, the total deductions were 6% of your deposit, as proposed. They were then negotiated and agreed by the housemates. I can see we noted a double count error on our part on the bulbs. Apologies for that. I see we spotted that and that this was credited for you. Regarding smoke alarms these are tested at move in and I can see new batteries receipts on record for those. If I can assist further, please let me know. GoogleAmazing place. Easy to move stuff into apartment with elevator, and apartment looks amazing. Multiple artworks add interest to rooms, spacious rooms with the best bathroom I've ever been in. TVs great quality, and kitchen extremely spacious for six people. Would highly recommend rooms.

GoogleWent for a viewing as a group and had piers show us around. Super helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.we didn’t end up going for this house but he then helped us look for one that was right for us and fitted our requirements. Would definitely recommend Martin and co and especially recommend piers.
