GoogleMy partner and I recently used the Hamptons to move into our lovely new rental home. The whole process from start to finish was easy, stress free and all turned around in such a short space of time which was perfect for us as we were keen to move in quickly. The communication from start to finish was quick efficient but most of all super friendly and professional. Alison and Sharon were brilliant and helpful in every way, even to the extent of bringing in treats for our doggy. They go the extra mile. I would highly recommend the Hamptons.

We’ve been renting a flat for over a year with Hamptons and I’m very pleased with the management. Any issues that have come up I was in direct contact with the property manager Patryk L. He would always respond promptly and was very thorough with getting issues resolved.

Hamptons look after the rental property I have occupied for 4 years now. I mainly engage with Daniel, who is extremely responsive and and courteous, but I have to say that every touch point with Hamptons, from the initial viewing, to the contract, and the annual property checks has always been handled with a high degree of professionalism.

Scam company they tried to scam me out of £250 for a deposit their staff member Gytis Petkauskas is very unprofessional and rude was harassing me to make a payment to their company then when payment was done tried to trick me to make a payment to a different company and not return my payment be very careful of these guys dodgy as hell he was quick to take my money but somehow doesn’t know how to use his phone when it comes to retuning my payment SCUM

We moved our property at SL4 3TD Apartment 5 West Wing at Windsor almost 1.5 years ago. The property is lovely and managed by Hamptons with excellent care. Of course, as everybody faces, we had some small issues. Whenever we contact our Property Manager Patryk, he solves problems with professionalism and responds to all questions/inquiries as soon as possible.

GoogleSharon at Hamptons is wonderful! Although I found my rental privately in the end, Sharon stood out at the only agent who kept in contact throughout a stressful search as I had a small search area due to school location. I had to repeatedly call agents at other companies who would often not call back or who didn't call when they had properties matching my requirements come onto their books, even though I was registered with them. Sharon was always checking in with me and calling whenever something suitable came up. She understood what I was looking for in a property and was kind to my situation. I could not recommend her enough. This is the lady that you want marketing your property and working for you!

My property manager (Danish Ashraf) has always been responsive, professional, and helpful, particularly when recently dealing with a leak and arranging the replacement of a boiler and shower. GoogleLast year (2022) we put my elderly mothers house on the market due to her having to go into care. This was a difficult and sad period for the family but Alec and his team dealt with us very professionally but also with consideration and understanding. He and the team helped us along but never made us feel pressurised. There were a number of unforeseen obstacles which unexpectedly came up and delayed the sale but they dealt with these without any issues. On the occasions I contacted their Winchester office they were always very polite, friendly and above all helpful. On a day-to-day basis I generally dealt with Tania and Alison both of whom were were always friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Hamptons (and in particular Alec) had been recommended to me by a close friend who sold his house through them and said he was very pleased with the service they/he provided. Likewise, I am very happy to further recommend Hamptons and Alec.

GoogleAlthough Hamptons were not in the end the Estate Agents through whom my wife and I are buying our new home they have been of great help to us in our long search. Our main contact at Hamptons Winchester has been Stella Popowicz andwe are more than grateful to her for her sustained efforts to help us find what we have been looking for though for quite a time we have been unsure exactly what this is!
