If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don’t normally leave reviews but all I did was phone up to enquire about something. Spoke to Lily and she was the RUDEST person I’ve spoken to in a long time. If you can’t provide good customer service, don’t work in a customer facing role. The fact she wouldn’t listen to my situation completely, didn’t understand what I was saying so gave the wrong solutions, CUT ME OFF and rudely said “can you just let me speak” when I was trying to explain the details for her to understand. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

We've recently sold a property through Dybles and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They were highly professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. The photos and video tour were booked in very quickly and finished to a very high standard. The fees are very competitive and are definitely justified by the attention to detail and ongoing support. Through circumstances out of their control, the process took longer than originally anticipated. We sold our house with Dybles and cannot recommend them enough. Our home sold just below asking having been valued higher than other agents had valued it so we still walked away with more than we expected originally and all within four weeks of listing. Every member of the team has been fantastic, Jack in particular has been incredible and on hand at every stage. His calm and tactful demeanor made us feel valued and comfortable all the way through without ever feeling pushed, pressured, nor exigent. He knew our priorities and related all information to the rest of the team efficiently and without any delay, nothing was too much and ensured we got what we wanted whilst also helping and advising on our purchase. Worth every penny of their fee (which was also very fair). Having dealt with many estate agents in the past, we can honestly say these are the best around by miles! Highly recommend them.

I'm quick enough to moan if I receive a bad service , but equally I will acknowledge a great service whenever I do get one. Dybles in Winchester where absolutely fantastic with the sale of my property, which completed only a couple of days ago. This after me trying two other larger well-known agents, who both let me down big-time. I must single Jack Mantle out as being outstanding in everything he did. He is a credit to Dybles and to himself. He went way past what I would expect from any estate agent, but I guess this is what you get from a small independent agent compared to a national chain. The personal touch. To top it all off, their fees were also the best in town, so luckily I have been in a win-win situation with these awesome guys. Thank you so much Jack and everyone else at Dybles Winchester!
