Property Manager Hayley Gooding, based at the Beals Whiteley Head office, helped me deal with a number of poor dilapidation issues left by a previous tenant. Hayley took ownership of the very difficult situation & dealt with everything in a professional & efficient manner bringing it to a rapid, agreed & satisfactory conclusion.As a landlord, this was exactly the type of professional assistance that I needed at a difficult time.

GoogleNo team communication. No tentant respect. Treat People like they are the middleton of earth,don't listen to anybody. Arrange appointments when they want,desturbing you when they want. I am really sorry but I don't recommend this company at all. Just run from them.

We used Beals to sell our house and the move was completed last week. I would recommend Beals not only because they are competitively priced compared to other agents but because they are professional, courteous and Katie in particular did a great job at keeping in contact throughout and pushing things along when required. I would certainly use them again.
