Excellent service with a positive attitude!

We can't speak too highly of the excellent and very professional service we have recently received from the team at Meyers estate agents, Poundbury. When we asked them to value and sell our house for us Tom and other team members showed a really positive and caring attitude from the start and then kept us well informed all the way through. The advice Tom gave us proved to be sound, and produced great results. Following a successful sale he then provided good advice and help regarding the purchase of our new home. We can highly recommend Meyers.

Richard and Claire in Wool, Dorset are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with...and I have experienced a few! Their professionalism and friendliness exceed expectations. A great bonus is that they are available 24/7! They were also very sensitive to a personal complication we had! They go above and beyond to secure the sale of properties. Buying and selling a property is always challenging. Meyers however provide a different experience. From the beginning when Henry took the details of our property, through Joe and Harry carrying out the viewings and Mark the director and owner metaphorically holding our hand and encouraging and supporting us when things went badly wrong with our purchase, Meyers were professional and personable.The amazing Pauline got us through the final stages, progress chasing, keeping us informed. The team at Meyers have always been nothing but professional over the time I have known them (nearly 4 years). I always get a sense of care from the team which is refreshing as they always go the extra mile to help find the right property for you, you never feel rushed or pressured and although professional in appearance and knowledge you always feel like you can be open and informal with them. Having a dedicated representative for each property also helps massively along with the prompt service.

Meyers estate agents were so helpful to us when we were buying our first family home, I don’t think we could have done it without them! Claire dealt with all our queries quickly and efficiently and did what she could to help us move the purchase process along on when things got a bit stressful. We’ve now been living in our own home for just over a month and are so happy not having to rent after being treated badly by another local agent - I can’t thank her enough!!

The whole team at Meyers Estates Poundbury office were helpful, professional and efficient throughout our sale and purchase. From the initial valuation, to arranging viewings, negotation on our property, negotiation on the one we wanted to purchase, then following this they keept us informed during the sale/purchase. We were particularly impressed at the number of regular viewings we had arranged even when entering the traditionally quiet summer holidays. We would recommend them to others looking to sell their property.
